CSCNA CHARITY CORPS, INC. (CSCNACC) is an IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity. Based on Catholic principles, we seek to serve the underprivileged in North America and other parts of the world by providing grants to local public service programs in the US and overseas.
「北美仁愛基金」由北美華人天主教友義工發起成立，是美國國税局認可的免税公益機構， 目的在為北美及海外各地的公益服務项目，提供財力支援。

CSCNA Charity Corps was first founded by Chinese American Catholics in 1999 as a non-profit organization “Dandelion Charity Scholarship”, aiming at granting scholarships for rural students in China and North America. Later in 2011 the charity, with more volunteers joining in, changed its name to “CSCNA Charity Corps” in order to encompass various additional programs including social services, faith-based formation and leadership education in North America, China, Taiwan and Northern Thailand.
［北美仁愛基金］於 1999 年由北美華人天主教友成立，最初名為［蒲公英仁愛助學金］，服務對象為中國大陸遍遠地區及北美新移民子弟。 後於 2011 年改名為［北美仁愛基金］，增編義工服務人員，擴大服務及合作伙伴的範圍，除了助學金外，尚有：社會服務、教會人才培育、 青年領袖培育等方面之服務項目，分佈於北美、中國大陸、台灣、泰北、非洲等地區。

- Be legally responsible as an IRS qualified tax-exempt non-profit
- Be fair to all program applicants from all religious, ethnic backgrounds and global areas
- Be primarily concerned with the dignity of the beneficiaries
- Visit and re-evaluate all programs regularly
- Have tax reports available for public disclosure

- 管理 － 嚴格把關贊助成效：
- 定期實地探訪項目負責人及受惠人
- 定期評審贊助款使用及活動報告
- 各項目均需每年重新申請贊助資格
